Shine Naturally – Comprehensive Cancellation & Refund Policy
Updated for 2025
This policy applies to all Shine Naturally services including individual kinesiology sessions, Soul Power Kinesiology, Colour for Life courses, and Classic Kinesiology 101 (CK101). By booking a session or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy (Sessions)
1.1 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
As of 1 January 2023, cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the session price.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations prevent others from accessing that appointment space.

1.3 Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations must be made via phone call or SMS. Emails may not be monitored during client sessions.
A no-show (missing a session without notifying us) will be charged 100% of the full appointment fee.
2. Shine Naturally Course Cancellation Policy (Soul Power Kinesiology and Colour for Life Courses)
This policy applies to all Shine Naturally training courses delivered directly by Shine Naturally, including the two-day levels of Soul Power Kinesiology and Colour for Life.
2.1 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $222 NZD is required to secure your place for each two-day level.
2.2 Course Fees (per two-day level)
Standard price: $595 NZD
Paid in full / Early Bird: $555 NZD
Course fees apply per two-day level.
2.3 Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before the Course
If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date:
• 50% refund of fees paid, excluding the deposit, or
• Transfer of the full amount paid (minus deposit) as credit toward another Shine Naturally course within 12 months.
2.4 Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Course
If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date:
• No refunds.
• Full credit (minus deposit) may be applied toward another Shine Naturally course within 12 months.
2.5 Once the Course Has Started
No refunds will be issued once the course has started, regardless of participation, missed days, or early withdrawal.
2.6 If Shine Naturally Cancels the Course
If Shine Naturally must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
• A full refund of all course fees paid will be issued.
• The deposit will be converted into a full course credit valid for 12 months.
Shine Naturally does not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses.
3. CK101 – Classic Kinesiology 101 Course Cancellation Policy
3.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $555 NZD is required to secure your place.
3.2 Course Fees
Standard price: $2,555 NZD*
Paid in full upon registration: $2,222 NZD

3.3 Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before the Course
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the course start date:
• 50% refund of fees paid, excluding the deposit, or
• Full credit (minus deposit) valid for 12 months.
3.4 Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Course
If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date:
• No refunds.
• Full credit (minus deposit) valid for 12 months.
3.5 Once the Course Has Started
No refunds will be issued once the course begins, regardless of attendance, participation, or early withdrawal.
3.6 If Shine Naturally Cancels CK101
If Shine Naturally cancels CK101 due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
• A full refund of all fees paid will be issued, including the deposit.
Travel and accommodation costs are not reimbursed.
4. Transfer Requests for Courses
Requests to transfer to another course must be submitted in writing before the course begins.
Transfers are valid for 12 months and are subject to availability.
